Junior Jazzercise

Glendale Jazzercise offers 2-3 sessions of Junior Jazzercise throughout the year. Junior Jazzercise sessions are targeted for girls in grades 1 through 3 and are held on Wednesdays at 4:15 for 6 weeks - each class is 45 minutes long. We dance and move to today's hottest, hip music and learn about being healthy. Plus we have a lot of fun at the same time! The cost of the six week Junior session of $52 - we offer a discount to children of our existing regular students.

We will also be offering Team Dance during Fall 2011 and Winter/Spring 2012. This format is designed for girls in 4th through 8th grade. Girls do not need any dance experience to enjoy the variety of movements offered at Team Dance. They will learn a more difficult performance routine as well.

The instructor, Lisa Simons, is a Dance Specialist with the Milwaukee Public Schools. She holds a BA in Dance Education and an MA from Northwestern University. Her twenty-eight years of dance experience include dancing professionally, teaching at the elementary, secondary and university levels, directing and choreographing. She is also a certified Jazzercise instructor!
