How much does a class cost?

How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please. If you forget your water, grab a bottle from Room 10 for .25 on the honor system.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (2-5lb.) weights. There are weights for you to use in the bin at Room 10. Make sure you snag them BEFORE CLASS because you will not have time to get them before our upper torso routine
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. There are carpet squares in Room 10 to use as mats until you can get your own. I will be placing orders occasionally for Frelonic mats. We get a good deal when we order a dozen or more. Good aerobic shoes or cross trainers are recommended.
